The service uses artificial intelligence to monitor conditions and sends notifications through various channels including email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, and Discord.

3. Account Registration

To use alertmewhen.ai, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Create alerts for illegal activities or purposes.
  • Harass, stalk, or send unsolicited notifications to others.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service.
  • Use the service to spam or send bulk unsolicited messages.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. AI-Generated Content

Alert analysis and condition checking are performed by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated assessments may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or delayed. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-powered alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and should not be relied upon for critical, safety, or financial decisions.
  • There may be delays in alert detection and notification delivery.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any alert.

6. Notification Channels

You are responsible for providing correct contact information for notification channels. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply for SMS and WhatsApp notifications. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information, carrier issues, or third-party service outages.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The alertmewhen.ai service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You retain ownership of the content and alert queries you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your alert queries for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, alertmewhen.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10. Billing, Subscriptions and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

  • No refunds for partial periods: Subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel, downgrade, or delete your account mid-cycle, no prorated refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Upgrades and downgrades: Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend or downgrade access until payment succeeds.
  • Taxes: Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration.
